Let me tell you my story about how I was ridiculously mistreated by Cex.io! Well, for starters, everything was going alright for me until recently. I had some funds deposited on my account and bank card was fully verified. I wanted to get my ID verified on the service as well, so I sent Cex.io all of the pertinent information and documentation. After waiting for authentication for over a month, Cex.io just completely deleted my account!
I contacted their support and they told me it was an accident on their part.
So I created a new account and went through with the whole identity verification process once more. I waited again, for quite a long time. Their support service sends me a message telling me that they can’t verify my current account because I already have one on the service.
Which is ridiculous because they are referring to the account they deleted by mistake!
Cex.io also blocked my payment method because it was already connected to another account. I haven’t gotten any sensible reply from Cex.io concerning my situation. And yet I still have funds on the account that they previously deleted by mistake! I have no idea what to do, this is obscene! How can an “established” exchange service work like this?
